Since material selection is a decisive factor in the quality and lifespan of any rubber product, we always provide guidance during the quotation phase regarding the most suitable rubber compound. The physical properties of the rubber types are assessed based on their resistance to the environment in which the final product will be used. Cost considerations also factor into the recommendation.

Our guidance is based on in-depth product knowledge of the various rubber types. We work exclusively with European compounders, ensuring consistently high quality.

Each type of rubber has unique properties, and within each type, many variations exist. These include, for example, flame-retardant rubber and FDA-approved rubber for food applications.

Through our close collaboration with our rubber compounders, we are able to provide the necessary documentation for each blend. Additionally, we cooperate with the Danish Technological Institute for testing and verification of rubber properties.

Highly elastic with excellent wear resistance. Poor resistance to oil, organic fluids, heat, and UV exposure.

Good resistance to oil, grease, and gasoline. Limited resistance to weathering and UV exposure.

Excellent resistance to UV radiation, water, and weather. Tolerates most chemicals. Less suitable for oil-based environments.

Ideal for aggressive chemicals and high temperatures. A specialised compound.

Suitable for food contact. Withstands high temperatures. Excellent weather resistance, water repellency, and electrical insulation properties.

A reliable all-round rubber with good mechanical properties.

Excellent impermeability and good resistance to weathering, UV exposure, and chemicals. Moderate abrasion resistance.

Good abrasion resistance, high elasticity, and good heat resistance.

Outstanding wear resistance and elasticity. Good resistance to weather and UV exposure.

Rubber is an incredibly versatile and flexible material that has been used in industry for more than a century. It exists both as natural rubber, extracted from the sap of rubber trees, and as synthetic rubber, produced from oil-based and chemical compounds.
