Rubber Types Used for Gasket Production
Gaskets can be produced in various rubber types depending on the application. We typically manufacture gaskets in natural rubber, nitrile rubber, EPDM rubber, silicone rubber, and Viton. Each material has unique properties in terms of resistance to temperature, chemicals, wear, and food contact suitability. We always provide expert advice on the most suitable rubber type for the specific task.
For custom gaskets, a dedicated mould is created and becomes the customer’s property. The mould is typically stored with us for future production, ensuring fast response and short delivery times.
